Just like in years past, we are asking everyone to pre-register if you plan to attend—or even if you’re hoping to attend. Pre-registration is incredibly helpful to our planning committee. It allows us to:
- Prepare an accurate food budget
- Ensure we have enough meals and refreshments
- Plan age-appropriate activities and games
- Make sure we have plenty of fun options for any children you bring
(and we highly encourage bringing children—they add so much joy to the gathering!)
